I purchased 2 sets of 2. All of the stools came well-packaged, and they all matched even though they were made in different batches. They were extremely easy to put together since they provide you with the Allen wrench and screws and they even give you extra floor protectors/feet and a quick cleaning cloth. You basically just need to put in the 4 screws and you’re done. For some reason, it was so hard for me to find dining height stools that are both sturdy and stylish without weighing too much. I needed to be able to slide them all the way under my dining table when not in use and for some reason kept finding a bunch of counter height or bar height stools instead. These fit my needs and the listed measurements they gave were accurate. The seat is real wood and is fairly comfortable. There are natural grains and subtle imperfections as expected in natural wood. Easily comfortable enough for a meal or to pull up for multi-purpose use but I think sitting on them for longer than a hour it would need a cushion.My only gripe is that they were MUCH darker than the photos. They are not the walnut stain shown in the seller's photo, but more of an espresso or ebony stain as you can see in my photos taken both outdoors and indoors. I’m not upset because they still look good enough with the dining table I have and are worth every penny I paid.

Nice, well built stools, easily assembled in a minute or two. Very solid hard wood seat, sturdy metal frame.

We created our own table area in our RV using two bookcases as the base with a hollow wooden door as the top toward the goal of increasing storage but adding little weight. These stools add the perfect final touch!
