Bought for our veteran uncle 96 years old, he's over the moon with it, especially the wrist band for emergency contacts.

This product was awful. The main problem is the wrist band it just doesn’t work. You have to remove the back to ensure the battery is installed correctly. In doing so the circuit board moves while trying to replace the cover, pathetic. The setting up of the phone and the adding of telephone numbers is complicated in the extreme. Also unable to delete numbers from the phone, before returning the item, you have to overwrite the numbers and names entered. I wouldn’t recommend this phone to anyone.

This was purchased for an aunt who is having mobility problems, she already had a machine from the local authority who were charging her nearly £400 per year for their system which is outrageous, anyway had a fairly quick read of the instructions and within 10 minutes it was ready and working, the advantage of the phone is that the three priority numbers have a direct access button for each number which is handy, the phone came with the required back-up batteries as well which was good, the ‘fob’ which comes with both a wrist strap and a pendant seems quite sturdy as well, I wish the speaker quality was just a little bit better although it is adequate.
