I had previously purchased this same model of rotating hair styler about 6 years ago and I loved it until I finally wore out all the bristles on the brush portion of the appliance. Well, I bought what I thought was the same item, same name, same look but I was severely disappointed. This new hair styler is an absolute piece of JUNK! It doesn't heat up properly so it doesn't smooth out the hair and worse it scrunches up your hair as you are trying to work the appliance down along the strand of hair you are trying to smooth out.Awful purchase.

This works just as good as a much more expensive one. My daughter loaned me her expensive one and didn’t out perform my inexperience one.

Disappoinment on the product. Laud noice and it stops when doing the hair. I had one before and this one is not what I expected. Disappointed

I bought two, in case the first one was faulty. This is a terrible imitation of the original in styler that I owned and loved for years. This one smells like burnt rubber and pulls my hair when I try using it.

Don’t be fooled. I never looked but my old iron has instyler stamped on it. This iron does not get hot enough.

Constantly grabs hair on the barrel and the hair gets stuck! Pulls your hair as it rolls. No mater the heat setting it still burns the hair. Waste of money

I have a similar model and bought this for travel. It is terrible. The barrel of the wand is super rough (not smooth like my other) and it tears at your hair. You can really tell it is cheaply made. I would 100% return it but I don't have the original packaging.
