Very sturdy and substantial piece of equipment. The price is very reasonable, I'd never buy a cheap one of these as the speeds aren't always correct and these do work muscles hard. I can't see you'll buy a better machine unless you go into the £5000 and above professional price ranges.I use the machine to mainly end a weights session, it helps the blood flow and in my estimation helps to push out lactic acid (as the blood keeps pumping... this is a non scientific theory but I'm sticking to it!)VERY good for the legs, squats and thrust exercises are easy, especially with the handy wall chart they also send with the machine.It has fit in very nicely to my professionally equipped gym and I can see this product is certainly strong enough to last many years and also comes with a fantastic warranty (only mistake I made was I disposed of the boxes before reading the warranty, you have to keep hold of them... doh!)All in all, delighted with this purchase and the company who supplied it. I've never had an after sales 'are you happy and do you need any tips' call before. I have now. Top marks!

Love this machine. I had used a Powerplate at my local spa but couldn't afford to pay £6,000 so spent a lot of time looking at reviews on the internet for a practical home alternative. I am really pleased by the JTX Pro-10 which has totally met my expectations. The bottom hand-held control is really useful when exercising at a low level and is easily replaced as it is magnetic. I can still hear the television or music over the noise of the machine when exercising too - it is not intrusive. It comes with a DVD which is fairly basic and the offer of a lesson in how to use it from the manufacturer although if you've used a large plate in your local gym or spa you won't need either. The poster gives all the basic moves and an exercise ball is also used to add variety to the exercises. L V Crutchett

If you're into spontaneous exercises this is for you and it WILL become a habit!Delivery and service is top rate - there's a tonne of packaging but that's good as it arrived safely. One of the screws doesn't go in but it's not effecting the function and it's fits into the corner of my office perfect, so I can use it whilst looking out onto the passing stream. Wonderful!It works as good as the ones in the gym and I'm feeling the effects and seeing the results. It's worth the investment as last year I paid £1000 in gym fees and went twice!With this if I've 15mins I can jump on, do the 11minute programme and I'm sorted for the day. If you're reading this review you're already seriously thinking about it. Don't forget if you but cheap you buy more than once so will end up spending more. Get this and you're sorted!

I had been using a gym machine and then bought a cheaper non-oscillating machine which was very disappointing. I bit the bullet and bought the JTX-PR0 10. It is a brilliant machine, much more like the very expensive gym ones.It has lower levels for the beginner and very powerful more advanced settings for those die-hard platers!It was delivered very quickly after placing the order and I can't rave on about it enough! I haven't used it as much as I should, but I can feel the results just using it intermittently. It really helps my back problems too as it has low impact massaging settings which really help with stress build up in shoulders etc.. well it is great for me!

I ordered this machine direct, the lady was extremely helpful and although it was past the cut off time she managed to get it to me me by 10.00 a.m. on the following day which was very impressive. I had done a lot of research and had been looking at the MY5 machine, unfortunately it was way out of my budget. The JTX Pro 10 actually has a higher spec than the MY5 and whilst it is a heavy machine because of the wheels you can move it about if necessary, which you can't do with the MY5. It comes with a DVD and an exercise chart, and extra comfort mat, together with a very useful mat to put under the machine on a hard floor, plus the allen keys to put it together. It was extremely easy to put together and the instructions were very clear. My son helped me as it is a lot easier to do with two of you. I suffer from high blood pressure and poor circulation especially hands and feet. I have been using the machine now for about 3 weeks and have seen a marked improvement I am on a diet (not very strict) but have lost eight pounds in weight too. I sleep a lot better as well. It does seem to be toning as well. I cannot recommend this machine highly enough. It comes with a three year guarantee the same as the MY5 and is virtually identical in looks. As far as I can see you pay for the name in other more expensive machines and the fact it has a medical certificate but this machine does everything and more, for under a third of the price. The service I received from the Company together with the excellent build quality of the machine definitely warrants 5 out of 5 stars. Cannot recommend highly enough.
