Great range of colors. Already use the Wiz product line in my bedroom so there was no doubt about this product in my office. Easy to use by itself. However, using it with the app unlocks the full potential.

Straight out of the box. I first set these lights up using the Wiz Application, then these light bars connected effortlessly with my Google Home app, a huge plus for anyone looking for a seamless smart home integration.My office is notoriously dim, and traditional ring lights often left an undesirable glare in my eyes on camera. The WiZ Gradient Light Bars solved this problem perfectly. I positioned them on the corners of my desk, flanking my monitors, and the result is beautifully diffused, even lighting that illuminates my face without any harsh hotspots or visible reflections. They genuinely work perfectly as a video light for my Teams meetings.Beyond just lighting, I've also found a clever way to integrate them into my meeting schedule. I simply set up a routine with Google Home to "Turn on my Light Bars" at a specific time. When the lights come on, it's a clear, visual cue that it's time to prepare for my next meeting. - Don't be misled, these are not bright at all- Attached two of them behind my computer monitors to replace some LED strips that were failing out, they perform the same but not even half the brightness...- Not sure where to put these but more like desk lights that look fun than something to light up your entire desk area- LED strip lights are way brighter, just more of a pain to attach- Tried the 'move to the music' and it's a bit hokey and requires the app to remain open hearing the music for the lights to dance- Overall meh

I've been looking for something to make my home office setup a little more eye friendly. I've used a desk-clamp light to give me the ability to see what's on my desk, but sometimes that's just not enough. I can turn on the overhead light, but that adds glare to my screens. So I wanted something that I could set up behind the screens, to illuminate the area, to cut back on the harsh visuals of just the monitors.Enter the Wiz lights... And let me say this... Wow...So I've heard of Wiz before, and I've seen some of their products, but I've never experienced them... If these light bars are any indication, I'll be seeing a lot more of them soon...As I said, I was looking for something to add more ambient light. I've got these two bars sitting on my monitor mount, facing up, with the light effects going directly vertical. I'm using them for a soft, but cool white, color, which makes the wall behind my monitors more visible, and it's appealing / less harsh than just the three monitors glaring back at me all the time.The lighting range is pretty good, I've settled on the cool white, because that looks good to me, but my daughter has come in and played with them (via my phone, of course), changing them from pink to orange to green to blue (her favorite color) to purple. She loved them. Then I took it back and put it back to my soft cool-white...The bars are really easy to set up and use. The setup is as simple as plugging it in. You can use the included mounts, but I didn't. The app setup was really easy, it took longer to download the app than it did to set it up. And the remote is a nice touch...but I prefer my app.Overall, they do exactly what I want, and I'm really happy with the quality and design. I cannot recommend it enough.

I wanted to like the Wiz light bars, but was very disappointed to find out that the package only comes with one power adapter for two individual lighting units.If you want use the two lights in different places (like I was looking to do), you can’t unless they are daisy-chained together by a 2ft extension cord. Each light is its own distinct unit and can be powered individually by the adapter, so it does not make sense these weren’t packaged with two adapters (other than to lower costs). This is not made clear anywhere in the description.I tried a few other third party power adapters, but none worked as they needed to be the exact specifications as the wiz one.I’m disappointed by this oversight and lack of clarity in the item’s description and have returned it, which is a shame because I would have really liked them if they had the option to be used independently.
