I have tried many iron supplements but Terranova Easy iron is by far one of the best. I have no problem swallowing and digesting these capsules. It doesn’t hurt my stomach or make me feel constipated. Yes, stools will be a little more compact and darker in colour but that is to be expected on iron supplements - it means it’s being absorbed by the body. I take these with the Terranova B Complex capsules and noticed a huge improvement in my health. I have suffered from Gilbert’s syndrome my whole life, and when I started taking this combination my jaundiced eyes cleared up; not perfectly, but enough to see a marked improvement. My red blood cell count has gone up, and my blood cells aren’t destructing as rapidly as they used to. I am also able to absorb the nutrients from my food better and have started to put on a little healthy weight. I saw an improvement within a few days of taking the iron tablets by themselves, and a week when combined with the B Complex. The ingredients are natural and easily absorbable. I literally Googled every single ingredient to ensure this would be the case as many similar supplements claim to be ‘natural’ but after prolonged use they made my initial symptoms worse. I have taken a range of the Terranova products including the Pre Natal and Multivitamin Complex and they are all worth the money. If you like me, have taken a few health supplements and have been met with disappointment by their claims, give Terranova a try. I’ve recently cut down on my multivitamin use because the Iron and B Complex are working so well together, which goes to show sometimes are body doesn’t need all the vitamins just a good dose of a few key ones. Been taking these for last couple of Months due to low Iron levels, seem to have done the trick, and no constipation issues like I get with other products

These work I was low on ferritin. Take with vit C for absorption. No constipation or taste ! Been on theses for years.

This is a fantastic iron formula, the best one out there. I have tried a lot more expensive ones, like the ones by New Chapter, Floradix and others - and they do nothing for me. With this one, my migraines disappeared immediately and my energy was so much better - in just 1-2 days. I have been using it for over a year and will keep buying it. My father, who has serious health issues and really bad anaemia, also noticed a quick difference in his energy. I have sometimes taken two a day, and a friend of mine took even 4-5 when she had to quickly raise her haemoglobin before surgery. It totally did the trick. So far we have noticed no side effects even with higher doses (in emergencies). Except, if you have sleeping problems, you should take it only in the morning.Lastly, if anyone has migraines, like me, I really recommend trying their B-complex also.I stopped all painkillers when I tried it, and together with the Iron it's a great maintenance program.

These iron tablets are great. They slow release all day so they will not constipation you. They do take a few weeks to work. I am taking them for 3 months and I do have a lot more energy

Doesn't give me any constipation or diarrhea problems by taking them. They're really gentle and help me keep on top of my iron deficiency.
