for their dose they recommend 2 scoops which A/ has tons of sugar in it and B/ will speed through the tub in way less than a month. I can't endorse any product that has sugar in it for bulking muscle. You don't need sugar to bulk if you do use sugar especially from refined your not going to get the lean cut muscle that creatine can help you provide. your going to get big flabby muscle because that's what sugar does to your glands it creates a jello like substance as saggy fat between the muscle, so yeah your going to look bigger but some people with a slower metabolism are going to get saggy skin with sugar.I'd rate this decent for young people typically 18-30 year olds or those with a high metabolism if they looking to bulk without the excess saggy skin.If you still want to use this the only way I can see this from preventing the sugar and carbs to sag your skin is to really work for those carbs if you work and train hard at the gym or your job than I doubt the sugar will store as fat it will just get used up for energy.1/5 for me but like I said it can still be a nice 3/5 for some others.

Scoop size was a lot bigger than expected. 5g of creatine is 2 scoops, so the entire tub will only last 14 days. Fruit Punch is a very nice taste. Not worth the money unfortunately, as it’ll only last 2 weeks.

This was a big mistake. Each scoop contains 14 grams of sugar, equivalent to 3.5 tea spoons of sugar.Will never buy again!

Used this product years ago and liked it, have been using about 5 days now and I have already put some weight on and look bigger and filler, 2 scoops in morning on none training days and 2 scoops in morning on training days with 1 scoop after training, tub nearly gone but will definitely be buying again, great bulking supplement and very happy.

I have been really impressed with the results of using this creatine after a couple of weeks now. I was recommended this specific creatine powder by my personal trainer as he assured me it was the best. The trade off for the great results is the flavour and mixability of the product. It is extremely sweet, almost like sherbet, and it doesn't mix very well with water as clumps are left at the bottom of my shaker. I would definitely recommend it though based on the great results that I have noticed so far.

I had good results with this but you never know what's down to you and what's down to the product.In terms of taste this is one of the best I've had. I used it for one month now I'm off it as I'm concerned about the lasting impacts of long term use.All in all I would recommend this.I would give it 5 stars if I could compare myself with to without it as proof the improvements were all down to Cell Tech.
