Is easy to use but the volume is horrible for sure.

Not what they claim.
I dunno why they claim this is a Long Range Global Intercom or that it uses the 'cloud' but as far as I can tell it's just a Bluetooth earphone for a walkie talkie with a wireless push to talk button that can also connect to a phone at the same time so it will work with either one.Instructions tell how to connect to the Bluetooth walkie talkie adapter and PTT button which seems pretty complicated but doesn't even mention how to connect to a phone!However the PTT adapter has plugs for earphone and mic that plug into the walkie talkie but they are not the standard spacing and we haven't been able to find any radio that it will fit!
