Yes, I have a spreadsheet. No, I don't update it like I should, lol!I have carried just a normal notebook to try to track expenses and income and it just never works out, because it's not set up for that type of organization. I saw this and decided to give it a whirl.It's laid out with each day of the week and areas to write out income and expenses. And then there's an end of week tally area to track the week's expenses. It's a simple setup and that works perfectly for me. I can port all my information right into my spreadsheet without worrying that I skipped or missed anything. I fill in my notebook when I make purchases and at the end of the week, I review my accounts and fill in anything that I've missed. This notebook has been super helpful with my tracking. I've only filled in a couple of weeks so far, but I did use it to correct a few missed expenses on my spreadsheet.I also use it to track my gas and at the end of last month, I tracked the percentage I'd claim on taxes for my refund. So that's an extra use for this. Pretty excited to keep it going. Since this so helpful, I will be buying again!The cover seems water resistant and it's floppy, but sturdy enough for me. It fits into my purse, but I also carry a total mom-bag just to fit my medium sized notebooks for work, festivals, etc.

The quality of the book itself: the cover is moleskine-like with the leather like material, but it doesn't have the buttery feel of moleskine. Still nice though. The purple color I chose is true to the listing photo, a pretty vibrant purple. The paper is thickness isn't too thin or too thick. There is slight ghosting with my pilot g-2 gel pen. No bleed through. I haven't tried other pens, as this is the one I'm using for this.The elastic band isn't very strong, but it's not loose when it's wrapped around the notebook.This business income and expense tracker is perfect for me in regards to keeping my finances in check.I've already back dated and filled in January's finances, so that I can use this for all of my 2023 finances.The weekly totals spread is well thought out. I love that I can visually see in one spread how my week is going for my business. Being able to see this like this makes decision making in regards to spending a breeze.This book has already made me feel more confident with my finances, and it doesn't hurt that it's going to make doing taxes next year so much easier.

Great little expense tracker, not something I would use for a large scale company but it's been perfect for the small events we do. I know I can track things online but sometimes its nice to write it all down. Easy to read and gives you plenty of space to write.

We used books like this back in High School with our business classes (FBLA). Now our Daughter is a member of DECA and this is a must for their mock business. There are amazing programs online now that help with record keeping, but when you need a hard copy, you can't beat a book like this. It has the basics you'll need including a lot of extras. The price is on par with our brick & mortar stores, except they didn't have Turquoise nor a leather cover at this price point. Our Daughter is very happy with it.

I'm using this for personal expense tracking just to visually see how much and what I'm spending money on. Sometimes I just love using paper. And the feel of this book is wonderful. In addition to the week on two pages that make up most of the book, there is a year-end summary section, two pages for listing websites, user IDs and password hints, several bullet journal pages, and a good size pocket in the back that I use to hold receipts not yet entered into the journal. The pages lay flat for ease of entering data. Nice journal, just try to catch a coupon.
