I picked this unit because it provides a reward forcing you to work the lungs. Isn't that the object after all? First try I could only lift one ball. That's how much my shallow breathing lung power deteriorated. Learning proper technique helped to get the 2nd ball up. Determination led to lifting the 3rd ball.
