I'm an a mobile notary and I have a lot of senior clients who really struggle to see where on the document they are supposed to sign. Sometimes my signature guide works but I've been thinking there's something more I can do to help them. While notarizing for a client with macular degeneration, I watched her daughter hold a magnifying glass. And I had the idea to find one that stands on its own and lights up. I think this is really going to make a difference for so many of my clients!Plus it comes with a little carrying bag!

This magnifier is very easy to use and does a great job when one needs to turn an article around to either read it or see it is needed to be seen. It makes it easy to twist an article while trying to magnify it properly. Transaction was great and is used a lot in our home. Transaction was great and it is used a lot. It's a little hard to handle just sitting down, need to be at a table.

Just what I needed! This light-weight magnifier is just what I needed to see the small print of my Bible while preparing lessons for the class I teach. The different lighting modes are bright enough to see without extra lighting, the viewing area is large enough that I don't have to be moving it up, down and all around like the old round one I was using. It is easily adjustable and the magnification is great!

The product is satisfactory for my needs. The main drawback is the screen reflects the light source in the room and I wish the screen had some kind of non-reflective coating on it or else another material that doesn't reflect the light. Also, the lights around the screen of the product itself don't light up the middle of the screen very well.

I'm very impressed with this magnifier. It's easy to adjust and has 3 light settings. I prefer the first setting since it's the brightest but can see a reduction in eye strain when using the second softer yellow light. It took a bit for me to get used to the distance and angle for a clear view. I really like that it's rechargeable, only a couple of hours and it's good for the whole day. This helps me see all of my crafting projects much better. The unit is super lightweight and adjusts to any angle you might need. The soft storage pouch is great for keeping the unit protected against scratches and dust.

I searched the item description and the included photos as well as the reviews but could not locate the measurement for the lens portion. For those that need it, it measures 4 6/16" x 7". I do wish it were a couple inches larger in both directions however, this will definitely do what I need it to do. I was looking for a clamp on mag glass for my desk to help read the check images included with clients bank statements. None of them had the arm distance to reach where I needed it. This item solves that problem. I like that it can be placed over the top of the paper, adjusted and shifted up and down the page as needed with very little fuss. It weighs next to nothing so it won't topple itself over. When it's not in use it can be folded up, put in its protective sleeve, and placed in a drawer out of the way and my desk is less cluttered. The edge of the image is slightly distorted but in my experience all mag glass does that.

I originally purchased the stand alone magnifier and it worked well but was a pain to have to hold it while reading. This one with the stand works really great. The only problem I had was they did not include the cleaning pouch with my order. I would recommend this product.
