I have a long haired cat who gets messy after using the toilet every now and then, in which case I use this soap to clean her. It's effective at getting smells and stains out of her white fur. It doesn't seem to harm her skin, and she has quite sensitive skin so that's a plus. The bottle is huge and really lasts a while, if you're only using a little bit for spot cleaning and don't have to wash the animal comprehensively or regularly you'll be set for years. If you have to do a full shampoo often, of course it'll be used up faster. It's about as watery as your average hand soap or a bit thicker, so easy to apply to an animal or a sponge. I liked the guava and coconut scent, it's sweet and pleasant without being too artificial.DO NOT get the berry scent one unless you love the smell of children's medicine, it's absolutely horrid. I tried that one for a change and severely regretted it. I would legitimately prefer my cat to smell of urine than their 'berry' scent. Try any other scent, for the love of god.

This is well worth the money! I use this weekly after shampooing my Shih Tzu who has itchy skin and although it doesn’t completely get rid of the itch, it definitely soothes it and leaves her coat looking and smelling beautiful! Her coat and tail is so soft afterwards and I get lots of compliments on her appearance after using it. I bought the 355ml bottle and have only just reordered after 2 years! 😮 Highly, highly recommend!

This shampoo is very gentle (it says on the bottle is mild enough for daily use) and i use it to keep my pomeranians feet white after walks. My dog had been sensitive to whitening shampoos in the past but this one doesn't make her itchy and still keeps fur white. You need quite a bit to lather up but it rinses off really easily so no residue left on fur. It smells amazing when its on but once rinsed doesn’t really smell of anything which is disappointing as the tropiclean blueberry tear stain remover smells great even when rinsed!

Absolutely lovely shampoo. Very gentle but effective in washing my golden retriever after her spring moult.Smells fab too.

Hard to give a fair assessment because my dearest furry son, Baobao, is not too fond of new smells being forcibly attached to his coat. i PERSONALLY think it smells nice - kinda like a berry fruit twist drink but less sweet - he always gives himself an everything shower type clean when i put this on him so I’m not sure he identifies with the fragrance.In terms of effectiveness though, it works well — like noticeably well (even when he tries to lick it all off). First time i used it i thought i had traumatised him for nothing but then he came back about two hours later when his fur was completely dry again and boyyyy he was SOFT FRESH AND SHINY. considering the natural ingredients and a decent sized bottle (think the size of a st tropez tanning bottle), it’s great value. the foam has a lovely fluffiness to it as well.

I purchased this anti itch shampoo for my cat who was forever grooming. and licking himself . After his bath his fur was lovely and soft. The shampoo smelt great and so did my car. He’s stopped his scratching right away, I love this shampoo.

I'm a fussy consumer, and I cant find fault in this product one bit. Its a good size bottle, it goes a long way, no residue, relieves itchy skin / does not cause irritation, smell is ok / mildish / not too bad when applying and while your dog is drying but when you really smell its freshness is after the dog has dried - its lovely - and depending on what your doggy gets up to you can smell it in their fur for days afterwards. Mine has skin allergies and heat rash issue during summer months - this is the only one apart from ExmaRid dog shampoo that does the trick. EmraRid is fabulous but has a heavy tar smell that lingers for a few hour in your home / bathroom and on your dog for a few days - some people like it others don't as its a strong smell. So Tropiclean is as good as this one only smell much better and is a bigger bottle for similar price :-) My dogs fur gets shiny and soft too but make sure you leave it on for at least 3 mins and wash it off thoroughly as with any shampoo !

I was looking for something that would help my cat with dandruff. This none rise foam seems to be helping with added fish oils I have added to his diet. However he really doesn't like the process of it lol. His looks at me like he wants to kill me. However it comes out pretty foamy but turns to water fast then I would like. It smells nice but the scent doesn't last long at all. Which is surprising considering people rave about the scent which I don't understand how. When it's gone within minutes. Price is a little expensive but I would absolutely recommend it just for helping easing his scratching and the flakiness. Easy to use if you can catch the cat. Effects on his skin is what swung it for me. Shiny healthy coat, less skin irritation
