I started with a 5 star rating (see review below the line), then changed to 4 stars, but now I lowered it to 2 stars.I like the concept which allows for an economical curtin controller, but after some 10 days I come to the conclusion that it does not work for me.(1) The cable continuously gets stuck behind the curtain's hooks. I bent those hooks, hoping that it would be better but after a few times opening/closing the curtains they get stuck again. I have tried everything that I can think of, including moving Sonoff hooks that fix to the curtains, but it just does not work.(2) The Zigbee connection works fine to open/close but the status reporting is often wrong (showing closed when open or reverse). Furthermore, it is a little buit annoying that ON (in the Home Assistant Zigbee Integration) means Open and OFF means Closed. It is a minor issue, but nevertheless.I still give the system a 2 stars because it may work better with different curtains, but most likely I will return the system tomorrow.-----------------------------------------You get what should expect for the price.We have professional curtain controllers in our master bedroom and I was looking for something cheaper in the guest bedroom.This SONOFF Zigbee Smart Curtain controller does the job, but not at the level of what we have in the master bedroom.Installation was not complicated and took less than 30 minutes, but I had to redo it twice to make sure that the cable does not get in the way of the motor.The Zigbee connection was also easy . I use the Home Assistant Yellow Box and so far that connection seems solid.However the device's nodes (Switch- Cover- Battery) in Home Assistant are not what they should be.'Switch' shows ON when the curtains are open and OFF when the curtains are closed.'Cover' (arrow up and arrow down) does not work'Battery' seems to be working but not relevant for me as I keep the system permanently connected to pwer.But at less than 10 % of what I paid for the more sophisticated system, this device does the job.

I'm sure these will work well; however, you have to be sure your curtains are not too wide. The price is right and they connected to smartthings with no problem..... it just turned out the chain was not long enough for my u-rail and it is in the instructions.. but at the time it wasn't on the product page.

Not enough power to close and open my curtains. Imagine will work well if the curtain is very light.
