I used masking tape and it did tear a little but washi tape is perfect to use to tape it down. I love the quality and texture of the paper and I will be ordering more!!

Great watercolor paper! Absorbs the paint but stays wet for a bit giving you time to work your page or painting. We used for handmade journals. The deckle edge is wonderful!

Beautiful paper, Holds a lot of water, thickness is thin, you can't scrub on this or you will loose fiber, hard to lift colors off also, but practice and you will find all the tricks. I love the texture, I would like it in a white, I will buy this again. Price is very good

Best watercolor card stock I have ever used!! Amazing

At 40 cents per sheet, I think this is by far the best value on here for thick handmade paper.The painting needs to be started with a wash otherwise the color won't soak in well. But that's not uncommon with high priced paper too.I got my pack of 50 sheets this morning and just tried a quick little scene - and I think I'm going to hoard this and order one more right away.

I don't like the texture. I haven't tried it yet. Not sure I will keep it.

Sorry for the poor-quality picture, but I had seen where others had said you can't watercolor on this paper. That is ALL I have done on it, plus some pen and ink. I like to make my greeting cards out of cardstock for stability, and then attach a small watercolor painting to the front. When I saw how pretty this paper looked with its deckled edges, I wanted to try it. I'm not a professional artist by any means, but I loved how this paper responded to the watercolors....and I used good paints on it. I sold quite a bit of the cards, and gave the rest away for Christmas. I've had compliments and questions about the paper and have told folks where to purchase it. So I'm happy with my purchase and will buy again!
