I use to wrap fingers when using my motorbike, which really helps to stop cramping. They have excellent stretch and adhesive really well on the wrap. Also, they stay in place for a day's ride, which for me is about 300 miles.

Exactly what I needed to help reduce sore thumbs when lifting weights. Easy to tear off the amount needed and comfortable to wear, definitely helps with gripping the bar. The only downside is towards the end of the roll it becomes quite sticky on both sides, doesn’t detract too much from the use though.

I don’t normally write bad reviews but having used thumb tape of the same price range for nearly a year now I decided to give this tape a go. First impressions was that it felt cheap and super thin. The tape wasn’t sticky enough to stay in position when lifting and constantly slipped off my thumbs or started to unravel. When adjusting knee sleeves ie. Pulling them up to adjust to slippage during lifting the thumb tape would slide off my thumbs or again become unraveled. For this price range I would advice you to look at mammal strength tape as this is the best I have used for Olympic style lifting
