I started taking this product in the mornings. For someone like me who has little time to eat, it's incredibly helpful.It curbs your appetite, keeps you energized, and, above all, helps you avoid that feeling of wanting to eat for hours on end.

Slim fast bag comes with a scoop. Comes in a strong bag so there is no worry if it accidentally gets splashed. The zipper on it is good. Taste IIS the same as the bottles that can be purchased. Definitely tastes better if you use a blender. The only trouble I have is keeping enough milk around.

pretty good diet supplement, tastes great, a little difficult to mix using a stirring spoon, probably a handheld blender would work better

I drink this everyday. I love the taste. I haven’t lost any weight but I have not gained any either. It keeps me from eating for 4 hours.

Good as slimfast products go, but the sugar and added sugars content were way to high for me
