Q: Can I switch from one Bluetooth device to another?

Once earbuds paired via Bluetooth, you can connect through either the devices themselves or the Technics Audio Connect app. After pairing the earbuds will automatically switch between devices when new media starts playing or when a call comes through

Q: Why does one earbud have better battery life than the other?

The earbud that is removed from the charging case first starts the Bluetooth pairing process with your devices, which may result in slightly shorter battery life.

Q: Noise Cancelling does not work, or is not strong enough.

Sounds phenomenal

These earbuds may have only a 6mm driver but they feel like more than a 10mm driver. I mean the sound is loud clear and thumping bass. Absolutely fantastic quality earbuds that oooze quality from every angle and sound fantastic. I would definitely recommend these. Definitely pleased with my purchase. ❤️

Good earbuds, but the battery life isn't great

Pros: Comfortable to wear all day, good sound quality, decent noise cancellation. I haven't tried other in-ear earphones, I guess the noise cancelling can't be as good as a proper over-ear headphones.Cons: The battery life isn't great, only last half a day or even less. Doesn't look like it's ever charged at 100% even after a long time of being plugged in.Bough with a discount, I guess good for the price.

Great brand earbuds

These earbuds came nicely packaged and immediately upon opening them they were paired up which I was impressed with.The overall performance is impressive, it cancels noise extremely well and the music sounds immersive, not too much bass but I'm ok with that. The case is simple but effective using green and red lights to signify battery life. Overall I am really satisfied with these headphones and will be taking them with me on holiday for the plane journey
