Parts missing
Product is very nice but a crucial part was missing ,the adjustable holder for the shower head but fortunately I had one from a previous shower and used that ,alot easier then trying to explain to a Spanish company the missing part

Wrong description. Plastic rain head, no modes on handheld.
Disappointed to find the handheld didn't actually have any spray modes as the description advertised, and the rain head was plastic when stated to be stainless steel. So extremely overpriced at 70 odd pounds. The fittings are plastic though this isn't a deal breaker, but you'd be better off buying a cheaper model for the main rigid pipe and fittings and then replacing either shower heads to your liking, which is what I now intend to do with returning this one, if seller doesn't reach out.

Diverter does not work!
I have had to put a review because I have no way of getting in touch with the company. I would have rather had the damaged part replaced. I ordered this on July 12 and it was installed last week. We pay a fortune in the UK for services. Now we discover that the diverter does not work which makes the shower totally pointless! To return this, means calling in a plumber again to take it off. Could Ibergrif/Amazon please help? Thank you.

Colonne de Douche sans Mitigeur,
J'ai utiliser pour remplacer une colonneIl faut de bonne connaissance de plomberie !et le sélecteur de la colonne fait des caprices ,je vais le remplacer avec un modèle plus correctesinon le réglage de l' hauteur c'est très pratiquepar contre les flexibles son en inox et la colonne est en chrome !pour moi ce n'est pas une réussite, cette différence de couleur c'est du bricolage.....a

Impossible de monter les tuyaux, les filets de vissage ne correspondent pas, j'ai demandé une nouvelle livraison mais c'est pareil impossible de visser les tuyaux, en plus il manquait un joint dans le pommeau de douche, nul de chez nul, zéro étoiles.Retour immédiat et remboursement.
