Print head blocked
Delivered quickly - sent back just as quickly. Despite wasting lots of paper cleaning the print heads, I could not get them clean. They were clearly shipped like that and it's frustrating that a simple QA check would have identified it. The same error appeared and after 7 cleaning cycles it has not changed. Disappointing and won't be buying them again - I have better things to do with my time. I'n frustrated, not just with this product, as to what a waste of time it is for everyone when the simplest of checks is not done before despatch. So if you are not QC checking your products before shipment, you don't deserve more than one star.
