Very nice pan for the price!
Surprisingly good quality brazier for the price (I got an "open-box" return for under $60). I used it once to sear a big pork roast, which I then oven-baked in the brazier. The searing was done on a standard (non-induction) 7 1/4 in. diameter electric burner... and the bottom heating was very even and uniform throughout the sear. Btw, all the aluminum is sandwiched into the disc on the pan bottom... and the attachment appears to be well done: joint appears tight after use. all exposed surfaces inside and out are stainless steel.

We found a nice biryani pot!!
The media could not be loaded. We brought this for making biryani. I really liked the cookware, it’s wide, meat didn’t stick to the bottom of the cookware. I will recommend it for everyone who is looking for a biryani pot. Only things which I didn’t like is discoloration of the cookware after one wash itself. I did hand wash and wiped with dry cloth to remove water stains but still it looks like this in the picture.

Not High-Quality Stainless; Difficult to Clean
I have a very large 18-inch commercial $400 brazing pot that was too large for a anything smaller than meals for four people. I decided to purchase this pot because of the mostly positive reviews. I was able to braze six large short ribs in it successfully. The problem came after I tried to clean the pot once it had cooled properly. There were two issues: First, the burnt crust on the bottom and lower sides of the pan were almost impossible to remove using "non-abrasive" means as detailed in the instructions that came with the pot. Finally, I removed them using steel wool after some considerable scrubbing effort. The second issue is that the steel used in this pot is really not "stainless" as I'm used to seeing with higher-end pots and pans. There clearly was a section of the pan at and below where the ribs were that was permanently stained a different shade of metal than the upper section. My other pans are mostly high-end commercial versions costing hundreds of dollars each, and none of them showed this staining. Clearly, this under-$100 pot might be a good alternative for people not wanting to spend lots of money on pots and pans, but I'm guessing it won't last as long as my commercial brazing pots that I have had for nearly 30 years. Moreover, don't expect to use non-abrasive means to clean the pot if you want to really remove all the burnt areas.

Absolutely amazing!!! The quality of this pan leaves me speechless! It doesn’t stick and it cleans well. The size is perfect for large quantities. I love the functionality, giving me a large cooking space to see all of my ingredients. Absolutely adore!!!
