I was skeptical at first. But after using this product it really can charge your phone to 100% and still have juice to bring it back to 39% after that. A great buy. Keeps my phone powered throughout the day. Also great for long trips where there isn't a charging outlet available.

I ordered a battery pack for my galaxy 6s edge + and after 2 months it stopped working. I loved it up until then, so I contacted Ruxely's customer support and asked if I could send it in to be fixed. They just sent me a replacement at no cost. The battery is amazing and keeps my phone's crappy battery charged all day! I'll keep purchasing battery packs from them each time I upgrade!

I purchase this charging case with the expectation to extend the usage of my phone without needing to find an outlet to charge my phone. I have to admit, that the case worked great for a few months, but I noticed the charge that the case held, became less. It is to the point now where the case will only hold a charge for about 5 mins and then the case will no longer charge my phone. I only use the case to protect my phone at this point. I will reach out to the company who sold me the case to determine if they will replace it or not. Stay tuned.

Not sire the battery lasts as long as I expected, but it does work nicely. Can get a little hot when charging the phone from the case

Had mine for 2 yrs before i needed a new one, because i dropped it and cracked mine. Got a new phone, ordered one exactly like it for new phone. These are the best value for your money!!

Initially, I purchased this extended battery because of the price and my need for extra power throughout my day. When I received the battery, I followed their instructions and charged the battery by itself. I did not place my phone into the battery until after it had received its initial charge.This is where the problem started. It turns out that the battery did not charge my phone first. It charged the extended battery. After the extended battery was fully charged, then I could use it to provide additional power to my phone. Any extended battery should charge the phone first, then the extended battery.I returned this extended battery and purchased a similar product from ZeroLemon. It cost more money, but it does everything they said it would do. I cannot recommend this product with a clear conscience. Again, do not buy this product. You will waste time and effort when it fails.

My battery has been great until today, won't charge, won't pass through the charge either. I've tried multiple chargers, no luck. Contacted the seller, Ruxely, and they immediately sent a replacement at no cost and no need to send back the defective unit. Totally what I expect from the promise of no-hassle warranty. The one thing I disliked about this model is that it completely takes away the ability to fast charge your phone. You have to use 2.0 or lower and then it charges slow as all get out.The case can charge up your phone fairly quickly, but once you plug the case in to charge it takes forever to charge both device and case.
