No instructions...none.
I never leave a bad review but I'd rather caution others against potentially wasting their money. There were no instructions...none. I guess you're left to guess work. Even with that I wasn't sure what to do with the string of lights and the balloon. In my opinion, it's not worth it. Returning it tomorrow.

Not as advertised
Received these balloons went to blow them up with helium the first on blew a hole in it. Second one doesn’t even float when it states it will with helium. When I received them on battery box was already broken this is very disappointing since these items were for my daughters birthday party.
