Overwrites both phone and backup data
My husband's Moto G5 was having problems and a factory refresh was recommended. I backed up the data onto the MEEM and checked it. Everything looked like it was there. Then I did the refresh. Attached the MEEM and tried opening the menu to make sure it only replaced the phone backup. However, the MEEM didn't stop despite several tries to stop, disconnect and reconnect. It completely replaced both the phone and backup copy with the factory refreshed version. All contacts, calendar, etc. was lost. Don't Buy!

Not Sure Whether I Like it or Not.
I haven't quite figured this item out. The instructions available for it are a bit puzzling to me. Perhaps when I solve the puzzle, I'll like it better.
