Very Comfortable - Works Great
I was looking to add some inner bar ends to a flat bar gravel bike to give me some alternative hand positions. I wanted to put them inside of the grips but did not want to have to take off the grips to install them. I had looked at the SQlabs versions and the Spirgrips. The SQlabs required removal of the grips and possibly the brake and shifter controls. The Spirgrips were not available to buy online or anywhere else as they were completely out of stock.I decided to try these generic versions as they were hinged and would arrive the next day. I have only done a few rides so far but am very happy with the results. I am still dialing in the exact angle for optimal hand position but have found them comfortable on my fitness rides. They give me five (5) hand grip options. Normal grips, grips with thumb around inner bar, gripping inner bar with palm resting on grips, gripping only the inner bar and hand gripping the flat bar inside of inner bar and using the inner bar as a hand wedge.Time will tell whether or not they are durable, but they seem well made and secure tightly to the handlebars. For now they have completely changed my riding comfort using a flat bar.

Nice👍
I'm quite happy with these bar extensions.Pros: They're a lot cheaper and less "in your face" than aero-bars which (since I'm not racing or doing time trials) I don't need. Just an additional hand position to rest in on long rides, which these do.They're constructed of lightweight plastic but they seem rigid enough not to break under normal circumstances. Some have mentioned they're too small or too big but for me (medium sized hands) they're fine. They're relatively easy to install but...Cons: The circumference of the mounting bracket is rather small and oval shaped instead of round, so you'll probably spend most of your time aligning the screw into the threads. No rubber gaskets were provided, so I had to fashion my own. Not a problem, but this made the brackets all the more difficult to mount due to the already limited space. You'll definitely want to put some thin rubber between these and the bar to keep them from slipping or breaking due to over-tightening (to keep them from slipping). In summation: Once you get past the mounting process, these extensions are definitely worth it. Gaining the additional hand position is well worth the price of admission.

Great!!
They work as intended!!! Made my rides more comfortable. I was struggling with hand cramps after 10+ miles and this helped resolve that.

Comfy grip, hard on palms
I just got these today to add as bar ends on my hybrid/fitness bike. I have flat bars and have been experiencing pain in my hands numbness in my fingers on longer rides. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these were made of a hard plastic rather than rubber/latex giving them a nice smooth feel. They are very ergonomic and fit perfectly in my hands! They practically feel custom made for me. I’m so excited to get these on my bike and remove all the pain from my ride!Edit - after doing a 20 mile flat gravel path ride, I downgraded to 4 stars because, although the grip is comfy, I couldn’t find a comfortable way to rest my palms when using these. I positioned them up, then more forward, trying to reposition during my ride, but kept experiencing sharp jabs in my palms when going over bumps, even with gloves on. Maybe it’s me, but I downgraded these to a rating of 4 stars because it does provide some relief to change up the position of my wrists.

Extra hand position
This adds some extra options for hand positions on flat bars. The hinge allows you to put it on inside edge of the grips without taking the grips off. The clamp is narrow enough to not take up too much handlebar space. If you went over the bars during a crash, these could really hurt your ribcage if you happened to hit them.
