before purchasing I told company which I pad generation I had, I wanted to check before purchasing as it was a present.On arrival 2 pieces arrived and imo plastic not leather as stated, these are always in local poundshop,I have a draw of them already.On arrival I was pleased with the personalised picture as it was for my daughter in law as birthday present who lives 100 miles away. when it arrived I emailed them and told them its not fit for purpose no way would my daughter in law put hundreds of pounds ipad in such unsafe case,a piece of elastic to hold it in place NO .cut a long story short, they said Ive ordered wrong size as I cant supply model number of ipad !awful customer service...WHY WOULD I ASK BEFORE PURCHASE WITH MY GENERATION IPAD...AVOID DEF NOT RECOMMEND.In the hands of amazon now as there not happy either as they have read all our emails

Purchased for my wife’s Christmas, can I just say the quality is superb and would happily paid more. This is not a cheap case with print put on it. The print is clear and does not rub off. don’t go for the more expensive option on here as the can’t accept certian images and resolution and will just email you to say they can’t use. But don’t take my word for it you are welcome to try but you you will be back to this item, I only have one problem with item is I can only awarded 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought as a gift for my dad. My first photo choice didn't come out right, it was taken inside an aquarium so when it printed you couldn't make out the faces because of all the blue. But the seller contacted me to let me know, and let me send another photo which worked out perfectly. I really appreciated this as I wouldn't normally expect it - they could have just sent it the way it was and I would have been stuck! It came in a really nice box as well, not just bubble wrapped in a plastic bag. I'd definitely order again, my dad loved it.

It's nice that there are three different levels at which you can position your tablet to view. It feels very sturdy and safe and has a good quality feel.The only negative is it feels that the front sides of the tablet are a bit exposed because this doesn't cover the front of the tablet...vulnerable to damage if it falls or is dropped; the last cover I had did have all-surround protection including the front sides.

A fabulous gift for my mum for her birthday - she was thrilled. I had an issue with the first iPad, as I'd ordered the wrong size, but Mel couldn't have been more helpful. I was able to return my original order whilst I was sent a replacement, which was the correct size.If you're unsure of the type of iPad you have send the code (on the back of your iPad) and Just Personalise will advise you of the correct size.

Very positive experience both in terms of service, communication and product. I emailed the photos I wanted on the case before ordering fo make sure they can be printed and was reassured they can. The final product is lovely, as expected. Ok, it’s not leather obviously with that price, I knew that already, but it’s a lovely quality case and the print is great. Very happy, recommended. Absolutely made up with this purchase, had to send a few pictures as they did bother to inform me that one or two may turn out blurred.They finally chose the one that wouldn't and it turned out fab .Very impressed with the professional way they kept intouch with myself , the fact that they bothered to ask for other photos because they didn't want the item to be unsatisfactory.Very well packaged too.All in all a great sure to deal with .
