Pink for the wife!
I did a LOT of research on a good case to protect our first-time-ever I-phones, which we bought through T-Mobile when they said they would give us $300 EACH for our Android S20FE phones (which in my opinion -- as a day-one Android user -- thought were "just fine."). But after 20 years of chinese water torture from our daughter-in-law, who convinced us that literally EVERYONE in our family and extended family were using I-phones, that it was time. At $900 each AFTER the $300 off from T-Mobile, I wanted to make sure the phones were protected well. From very strong reviews (1) got a highly-recommended screen protector on Amazon and (2) bought two of these cases -- Pink for the Wife and Blue for me. The last step was to apply stick-on steel discs to the back of the cases to attach to the on-dash magnets we have installed in BOTH of our vehicles -- allowing us to use Google maps.Nothing fancy about the case, but it works; and it works well!

Good phone case
I’ve had the case for awhile now. Several drops from different heights. No cracks or scratches

Speck is the best!
I like to change cases frequently and always use at least one Speck case, I like that there are always a number of different styles and colors to choose from. I didn’t use a Presidio 2 grip case on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, but decided to get one for my new iPhone 15 pro max. I like the grips and the soft touch finish. I know from previous cases that the soft touch can result in visible finger prints and smudges so I chose a lighter color which shouldn’t show them off too much, and so far it isn’t too bad. The fit is perfect, although it is a little bulky but not too heavy and I like the added grip and solid feel. The buttons are great and responsive. I like the color combination of the off white and gold (they call it “bleached bone”). Highly recommend this case and the Speck brand!

Slippery
This texture feels different from my other Speck case, it’s not that rubbery grip on the sides, it’s smooth plastic. I’ve had so many speck cases, I’m a pretty loyal customer, but this one isn’t the same.

Great case
I did a lot of research for this one. VERY happy. The Speck Presidio2 grip with click lock is a nice tight fit. Feels sleek and safe and comfortable. Love the mag safe and already got a magnetic external wireless charger that sticks right to the phone through the case with strong magnetic grip. I added an affordable tempered glass cover and it came with lens covers for the camera. Perfect package for me.I was concerned that the slot for the click lock would be annoying if I didn’t use the click lock accessories, but it is not a problem. The indent is very shallow and I like the idea of being able to add them if I want.I think getting the 13 foot drop protection with the presidio 2 was the right choice for me. Perfect mix of protection and nimble function,

Fatal design flaw
I really wanted to like this case, and there is a lot about it I love.Pros:1. Ridges provide an excellent grip2. Stated 13 foot drop protection3. Feels solid but light in the handCons:1. The fatal design flaw is this – the camera bump/ridge is not high enough to protect the lenses. The lenses are flush with the top of the protective ridge which means when the ridge deflects on a drop, the lenses will actually hit the hard surface below. This is the reason for my one star rating and the reason I am forced to return this case in spite of the fact that I loved almost everything else.2. The black rubbery material they use on the back of the case has a great feel, but even a water drop leaves an unsightly mark.3. All the buttons are very tactile, EXCEPT the action button. That just doesn't have the same feel or ease of use.As I said, I really wanted to love this case and there is a lot good about it. However, the fact that it leaves my expensive camera lenses vulnerable means I had to return it.

Disappointed
Initially, I like the color and style of this case. I have always been a fan of Speck cases but this case disappointed. After just a few short weeks, the case became dirty from daily use. However, nothing I use on it will remove the dirt without removing the finish. The cleanest spot is where I had an adhesive kickstand attached which also fell off after less than 3 weeks.

Good buy!
Speck is the next best thing. Good, comfortable grip, durable. Doesn’t what it needs to do.
