Exceptional looking knife, just know it's bigger than your average pocket knife. I use it as my edc along with my M&P 40 Shield.

It really is bigger than most pocket knives. I have 2 of them and love them, if other knives seem too small to you this is the knife for you. Even though this is a folding knife with the larger blade size you can do some batonning with it as opposed to smaller blades. You won't be able to shave off hair with it but for everyday tasks its more than adequately sharp out of the box.

Very durable and sharp knife. This is my EDC knife. You never know what may happen. I love to be prepared.

I have two of these same model S&W Border Guard ten inch knives. My older one is heavier handle and a little thinner blade with groves in it. After a few openings of this newer knife, the lock mechanism went too far and got jammed on the far side of the blade. The only way I could get it to unlock was to squeezer it with pliers and this knocked off some of the black paint. Two days old and already messed up. I've had the other model for years and never had an issue. Now that I know I'd spend the extra ten dollars and get the better model.
