There are ten S hooks in the set, made from thick round profile stainless steel. One end of the hook is needle sharp to help penetration of the meat.These hooks are rigid and look strong enough to support medium weight loads without bending. Though not sure they will support a whole animal carcass. Ideal for use in a kitchen or front of shop.I intend to use these hooks in the workshop and garden, after I have blunted the sharpened points. I am very pleased with this set of S hooks as they are ideal for my projects.

I got these for making biltong from beef. It's really important to be able to hang the meat and let air flow around it while drying.These are massive hanging hooks. They can easily hold large slices of meat and hang them securely without issues. They are stainless steel with a good point so hygiene standards are very good.
