I got one of these as I was getting a pain in my upper forearm and elbow from weightlifting and wanted some extra support when I was lifting "heavy" and to take preventive measures from it become an ongoing issue.I wasn't expecting much but was really surprised at how useful and goody quality these are for their price.I got the L and it's fits well around my arm, it does not move but dosent cut off circulation. The best part is the velcro fastening on it so I can tighten it as needed on different parts of my forearm and elbow.It's simple to use, just slide it up your arm and wrap the fastening part around until you get tight enough for good support and then velcro it there.Thet extra bonus of this is if you put it on the "right" way you can wrap it tight around your elbow for support but if you put it on "upside down" the velcro fastener will be below your elbow so you can wrap it tight and get great forearm support while getting some elbow support as well.After using it for two days I went and bought another one for my other arm as I actually much more secure and stable when lifting heavy with these.The velcro is very "sticky" so you can really wrap it right and it dosent come undone when your arm bends but as of now I can't say how long that will last. As with velcro products it's best not to wash them in hot or boiling water.One thing would definitely recommend when storing them is to fold the velcro over so that it's sticking to the "strap part" and not the sleeve itself as it will remove some of the fabric from the sleeve when removing it. I do a heavy job with steel every day and my right elbow is sore ,age has something to do with that but this helps a lot took done getting right on the correct tension. It is comfy well made, doesn't slip down my arm .

This product looked good on arrival, but did disappoint in these areas1) velcro strap started to bubble every time you adjusted the strap.2) The elbow support would slides down from your arm, making it very annoying as you would need to readjust it.

I was desperate for some suitable support for my elbow. This is strong, adjustable and finally a product that stays put and gives me a huge amount of support (flexible but firm band) so I can now do things again while it heals. After wearing it all day I could finally sleep as the pain has significantly eased for me to be comfortable at night. Very impressed, good product fit for purpose. Excellentvalie for money.
