Elsevier's Medical Assisting Exam Review

Code for online portion did not work.

I bought this review book recommended by the Medical Assistant program and it is totally worth ! . Keep in mind , I studied a month in advance to my scheduled exam . This books has everything you need to know in order to pass your certification exam. Just put in the time and effort reading the chapters , and taking the test formatted exams online. Walk in with confidence on the day of the exam , and take your time reading the questions on the exam . Good luck !

Elsevier's edition for prep was recommended by my college and I see why. It comes w/ an online code for EXAM PREP which very closely resembles the AAMA for Medical Assistants. I passed! You can take the mock-exam as MANY times as you want, and it's timed just like the real thing. Down side is......CHECK YOUR ANSWERS! I found over 17 mistakes in the "Graded" portion. The exam will mark your answer as WRONG when actually you are right. Hopefully it will be fixed. "Studying Student" beware.

Good for some practice but not apt is on the test. It is a great refresher tho.

Online practice test helped me pass my AMT Exam. Overall, great purchase contains tons of knowledge and concepts.

This book helps me pass the exam.Information is selective and condensed so one can go through all the topics efficiently. Other books with thicker materials can have more information but there is no way one can read all of those with such limited time.Pages are color and of great quality. I carry it around with me everywhere for the 2 weeks I have before the exam. Worth the price. Highly recommended!
