It has a light indicator on the box to let you know when charging is complete

Works for charging smaller stuff. Very low power output.
I figured with rated stats this charger should output at least 32w. Initially it was at 18w, then settled to 16w after a couple minutes. This charger would be fine for charging smaller items, or if you just need a maintenance charger for a flashlight or vacuum or something. Doesn't get hot, maybe slightly warm to the touch after a couple hours use. For $13, not a bad deal overall, just fell short of what I was expecting.
