A very good item for DIY

A well built measuring tape. It feels really solid and it has a really smooth reel.I was upgrading as the locking mechanism on my old one was never very good, this seems strong and once locked there is no movement.All measurements are easy to read and it's nice and long - very happy with the purchase!

Bought this for my husband when his other one broke.He's very pleased with it, it's well made, strong, and has a clear display and is easy to use.An excellent product, highly recommended.

Got this as a gift for my husband. It was meant for Christmas but he needed it now!He is extremely pleased with it.Its everything he needed and fits lovely into his side pocket.

I bought this because it had three rivets and good reviews. But TBH is nothing special. Here's whats wrong:1. Rivets attaching the hook are loose2. Not accurate, even when taught, no allowance made for the thickness of the front hook3. Auto-retracts fast and annoyingly4. Tape doesn't stay put when pulling it out like some othersIf you use tape measures a lot, this one will annoy you!

I let it retract as you would any other measuring tape. The front hook snapped off. It didnt break from the rivet, sheared of the main tape. That could only mean the metal was not hight quality.

It's a tape measure. What can I say. It works.

This review is for the Tape Measure for Entrepreneurs & DIY Enthusiasts | Roll Meter (Cinta Metrica) | Metric & Inches ...O.K. so I have a 10 meter metric, inch, feet, steel tape measure too, but its too big and bulky for my pocket, so I can't find it when I need it, which is just about all the time! This pocket version is the answer to: "Where did I last use the tape measure?" It seems I always have other things on my mind than where I left it last. A pocket-sized version will restore your sanity and reduce frustration. Too much wasted time looking for the bigger one adds up over the years. And as for lasers, you have to worry about where its measuring from the back or its mount, and read and operate endless menus which is just as big a time waster. Back to what works... recommended.
