Quality issue of extension cord and USB cord
After using 6-7 months become slow or switches are not working properly and extention cord is sometimes torned and USB cord become rusty

Product did not work, haroowing replacement policy
I had ordered the keyboard for my father who stays at my native place. The keyboard did not work from the beginning. Amazon is not accepting returns and is asking me to go to HP service center for its replacement. I can not subject my father to the harrowing experience of going to a service center and getting the keyboard replaced. Please be wary of the new "brand authorized service center replacement" when shopping for new items. also, i should have stuck with logitech. this is the last time im buying any hp products. overall a very poor experience.
