Q: Hello, Somebody has messed with the codelocks and folders are locked and code not working - how do we unlock?

Hello , May I ask whether you forgot the password ? Kindly pls refer to the instuction and reset the password: First ,look for the little dent down near white wheel. this must be dona under strong light .and then you would find there is a little gap on the right side of each wheel. Secondly ,the dents are down in the gaps . If you can't find the dents ,you may need to keep chaning the angle of light and rotate the digital wheel until you find the dent. Finally ,find all thre dents and aligned all together . Then that would be your passcode . If you still have question,pls contact us ,we would send you picture so that we understand it better .
