Good book for those who are serious about following Christ

On my list of favorite books!

Tozer is so deep and a man ahead of his time. His work is still relevant today which proves what a Godly man he was. His wisdom is so profound. Really enjoy his books. I know a man who was saved (while in prison) by reading one of Tozer's books. That's amazing and reveals how powerfully God has worked through him. Would recommend any of his books.

Tozer's way of thinking makes me see the world in a different light. His style of writing and the depth in his words is great! Though there is depth, he also keeps it simple. On one page, he can say what others take five pages to say. This book in particular shows the simplicity of what a lot of our generation of Christians are dealing with and how it came to be. I was greatly delighted in getting down to the root of things in this book! :)

Can you say anything more about Tozer? He's just right one, great read & still relevant for our times! A must read

Tozer makes you think! And he brings greater understanding of who God. His insights into the modern church are challenging too.

A great read as usual from A.W. Tozer. Chapters are short thus easy to absorb, language is plain and simple.Highly recommended.
