I have not had this headset but a few days. At first I was concerned about it covering my ear and how it would feel, etc. as I tend to wear these for long periods at work. I've used more that 20 different types of headsets over the years. I was most pleasantly surprised at the comfort and ease of use of this headset. I will probably get and additional one as I travel and I'll want a backup. Sound quality is exceptional (Only used indoors at this point and I always add my own windscreen). independent mute button I prefer. easy to charge with standard USBc cord. On/Off switch so not guessing if it's on or off, flexible boom mic that reaches in front of face, right sized head band so it doesn't stretch down over my other ear just to fit.

Should’ve bought one of these years ago. When using this for phone calls, callers on the other end say they hear me perfectly, very clearly, and I use it in a big Isuzu delivery truck with a very loud diesel engine and lots of wind noise. So the noise cancellation feature for the microphone seems to work very well. As for the sound on my end, it’s plenty loud, and I like that it only covers one ear.My only complaint, and it’s minor, is that it’s a little tight on my head, but I have a physically large head anyway, so all headphone type things are always tight for me. I’ve tried to stretch/ straighten the headband slightly, but not too much, because I don’t know if it’s just plastic or if there’s a metal spring inside. (Unfortunately, I’ve broken some nice headphones that way before, thinking they had metal inside, just to learn the hard way that they were just plastic). Given the price of these, I just need to be very cautious about trying to modify their fit to my fat head.But these are a phenomenal value, and even if they only last a few months (I’ve been using them for a couple weeks now), I’d buy them again - they work that well.One more thing, I can’t really comment on battery life. I make a delivery with them and bring them back in and put them on the charger every time. They’ve never died on me, but I only use them for maybe 3 hrs at a time and then they get charged again.For this price, they’re a no-brainer.

Battery charge lasts a long time, more than a whole day of work! I was worried about the fit and comfort level because I have very sensitive ears and can not tolerate much pressure on my head anywhere, this is so comfortable that I forget it’s even on. I hope it will last me for a long time, it will be used indoors for my new remote work from home job. Connected to my laptop super easy & sounds great!

Amazing value for the money. Got my BDR off to a great start. I am confident talking to prospects on sales calls because the audio is crystal clear.

I usually use blue parrot but I decided to try something different this time and I am liking it so far. The headset fits tightly on my head (hat size 7 5/8) but it’s not so tight that it’s uncomfortable. It does get slightly uncomfortable after I have had it on for 5+ hrs because I wear glasses but it’s not unbearable. I just find myself adjusting it a few times and I’m good. The battery last me two days before I need to charge it and the sound quality it good hearing people and other tell me I’m coming through loud and clear. Can’t speak for the longevity of it because I have only been using it a few weeks so I will have to update later on for that. Seems to be pretty durable it’s light weight and seems to be pretty sturdy. Has no problems with connecting it to my iPhone and it only takes a little over 1.5 hrs to charge.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It works amazingly l, noise cancellation and sound in all respects it’s perfect.

I've had this over a year now and I have to admit it is very sturdy still and the sound quality and battery life is still excellent

UPDATE: Although the product did not work with Google Voice, it did work with my cell phone and teams. After writing this review with two stars, the company rep reached out to me and offered a full refund with no return required. I applaud this customer service and I am happy to change my review. I would recommend this product if you are not using it for Google Voice.This does not work well with my Google Voice. I bought this for professional use. Most of my clients can not hear me and I have to disconnect from the headset, making it hard for me to hear.I would have returned it but I threw away the box and, I believe, it said I have to have the box.I do give it two starts because it does work fine with my cell phone. That is just not what I bought it for.
