Great stuff!
I take this sometimes 2 a day but at others it's just once after lung. To give me that boost to go all day. In the mornings this works great with my stack of L-Theanine, Algal DHA (900mg) and Choline Bitrate. No need for coffee with this stack and it keeps me going strong on the busy days.This is a total common sense statement but maybe some might not give it much thought. Make sure you stay hydrated while taking this, do not take right before you go to bed so you can burn calories while you sleep and lastly, know your limits. If you are jittery after one, don't continue taking until you seek medical advice from a licensed physician or understand your limits.

Extra sleazy. Avoid this company
Purposely deceptive in the description with photo. The photo is of the full display which is 24 packs. For $16, that’s a fair bargain. 24 capsules arrived, or 6 packages. Not a bargain. More expensive than a gas station. Absolutely sleazy. Oh….not a returnable item too. Extra sleazy.
