Excellent
Unlike typical ab rollers, this uses elbow pads which spread the pressure along your forearm, thereby reducing the pressure on your wrists. This also allows you to activate your core more effectively. Easy to assemble, easy to use, great value for money. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Spring broke after few rounds of exercises
Design is good, but the quality is not.The main feature - the spring - broke after few rounds and now it's just two wheels with handles.It feels like the wheel with the spring is fixed in the wrong position from the factory not as in picture.It will be nice to try roller with right wheels.
