They pack up very compact so it was easy to pack for the bbq and they are very cleverly made and ideal for sausages and veg to save messing around loosing them in the bbq or off the side

A fantastic way to cook vegetables on a BBQ. A top tip is to marinate the large rough chopped vegetables, Red onion, carrot, courgette, sweet potato, parsnip for several hours in a large dish, coating them with a dash or two of soy, honey, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and plenty of seasoning, to taste, along with a few chillies. Then, pack all the Vegetables, including herbs, into the metal holders. Place them on the BBQ first, turning them frequently. Find a low to medium heat and cook them for about 25 minutes. Leave the sweet potato the longest. I use the smaller metal holder for the sweet potato. The best results take 35/45 mins! They have a smoky taste, using charcoal, wood, and smoking chips.

Love this product. Easy to assemble, easy to use and holds food in one position for ease on the bbq grill. Only issue is the size, I guess it depends on the surface size of your grills but I was still able to add other items on the side.

Haven't tried yet as it was a gift. But looks great quality and can't wait to try
