Still the best non pro video editing software I've used!
Magix (previously Sony) Vegas Movie Studio is one of the, if not the, best video editing software out there! A nearly full featured video editor that covers the vast, VAST majority of needs for any home movie maker, Youtuber, or amateur film maker.Notes about software and other reviews:--Vegas Movie Studio SUITE includes Vegas Movie Studio PLATINUM, DVD Architect AND EXTRA software/filters (which makes it a suite).--The extra filter packs (as a part of the suite) are only samples of the full feature filter packs. Upon entering the product key it will offer to remove the extra filters not covered by the Suite, therefore removing watermarks. (They don't make this very clear.)--This is a very complete video editor and WILL BE DAUNTING for a first time user so be patient and look up how-to videos!--Make sure your computer is powerful enough! All video editors will require a half way decent computer and below is the BARE minimum requirements:Processor: 2 GHz processorRAM: 4 GB RAMHard Disk: 1.5 GB for program installationVideo Card: Onboard, 1280 x 768 resolutionSupported OS: Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7I'd recommend: Quad core CPU (i5 or better), 8GB RAM, and a Full HD monitor.Product Issues:-My disc didn't come with an installation file so I ended up downloading from Magix website and using my software Keys.-The extra software and filters provided in the suite aren't worth the extra money. Easy peasy lemon squeazy
This was easy to set up on my computer and easy to learn how to use. I am a moderately nerdy, tech savvy woman, so, to me, this was easy. I feel like this would also be easy for a new user. I love all the options for my videos.

Used for creating videos on you tube ! Very good program ...easy to work with . COMMERCIALS AT EVERY START ANNOYING . Eg to upgrade and buy more

Very easy to use!
There was a bit of a learning curve for me since I was completely new to video editing. I learned fairly quickly how to add watermarks, multicam editing, etc. I highly recommend this.
