Kärcher25' Replacement Hose & Trigger Gun Combo Kit for Electric Power Pressure Washers K2-K5 – Quick-Connect

Have had my Karcher pressure washer for a long, long time. It started to leak inside the spray gun where the hose attaches. Took it apart but was unable to fix. Thought about buying a new one until I saw how much they cost. New one similar to what I have cost twice what I originally paid. Found this replacement gun and hose. Ordered Saturday, arrived Monday. The threaded adaptor screwed right on. Had to put some pressure on the adaptor to offset spring pressure in the adaptor. Once the threads started, went right on. Attached quick disconnect hose to gun and washer. Put wand in gun. Plugged it in. Hooked up hose. Turned on. Works great. No leaks. The quick disconnect hose works great. It was always a pain with old hose to not be able to disconnect hose from gun. And to disconnect hose from washer, you had to unscrew it. Not a good idea with plastic threads. Too easy to damage. Very happy with this item.

I ordered this item because the hose (not the garden hose/supply hose) on my K5.65QC 2000 PSI Karcher pressure washer (since discontinued, but listed on this site) suddenly burst during use. While this product listing does not explicitly state this hose is compatible with my washer, fortunately I can confirm that it is.Not only did this hose pop right into place (into the old adapter, since I couldn't seem to remove it and put on the new one this comes with), but it feels to be of better quality than the original 2000 PSI hose that came with my washer. Although my pressure washer claims to be up to 2000 PSI, this hose appears to be rated for up to 2600 PSI, since that is what is printed on the host itself (see photo)The new 'gun' is an added bonus. It is a redesign from the one I'd been using with my pressure washer and is a bit longer than the existing one. This may not seem like a big deal, but it reduces strain on my back, since I am not leaning down as far to spray surfaces.Only time will tell if this is a durable replacement, but with little or no other options (this is an OEM item and comes in a KARCHER branded box), I'd recommend it to other shoppers. My only recommendation would be for the listing to be updated to more clearly identify product compatibility, specifications, warranty, and to include more photographs.I've included some photos to assist others in their purchasing decision.

This fit my old Karcher 1800psi pressure washer perfectly. I was having a problem with the original hose where it connected to the pressure washer as when I released the trigger to stop the flow of water to the want, the hose would fly off under pressure before the motor stopped. The quick release works well and installation was simple. If you have an older pressure washer with this problem, this is the fix. Please note that this does not come with the actual nozzles. You'll need to use your original ones that come with the unit.

As written in a previous review, I like the German-made KARCHER K5 2,000 psi power washer for various reasons. This review is about the HKI 7.5 High Pressure Hose Kit. Like the washer itself, this kit contains quality products that are sure to come in handy if replacements parts are needed, specifically the spray gun itself, a 25' pressure hose, and a high pressure quick connector for mounting on the washer to provide quick connection between the washer and its high pressure hose. On the down side, I think this kit is a little pricey but I consider it a keeper held in reserve for that day when one of its components is needed.

My pressure washer is really, really old. The old hose had two or three leaks which I taped up as best I could. I was told by Karcher it would cost $100 for a replacement hose to fit it. I didn't want to throw it away because IT STILL WORKS GREAT. I found this replacement kit and took a chance. So glad I did. It married up just great with my old unit and it worked just as it did when I bought the washer so many years ago.

Initially the item that was sent to me was unusable and obviously not new. I was eventually able to get it replaced with a working new one but the return process should not have been necessary to begin with. I was very unhappy with the way this was handled. In the end, after much rigmarole, I got what I should have had initially and the product works but I cannot give more than one star for being dragged through the process.

It was a perfect fit and great value

K2 Model.. thought I'd have to buy another but this replacement works perfectly!
