These capsules are easy to swallow despite being bigger than average. They also contain ginseng and ashwaghanda. It's quite a high strength concentration and they come in a cellulose capsule. They come in a packet rather than a bottle but I guess this helps keep the price down but I always hate rooting around in packets for the last capsule or trying to figure out how many are left. They are reasonably priced though hence recommended.
