Nowhere near the quality of gopro. No removable sd, more clunky and difficult setup, worse quality screen and heating up much more. Non removable battery, not entirely waterproof, less recording resolution and options, should I go on ? Removable small camera is good but preview can be conveniently done on your phone so thats not a plus.

Battery died quickly and constantly, overheated to isnane levels. Took it in the sea once with everything properly tightened. did the water soak before drying and charging and it started to flicker flashing lights and stopped working.

UPDATE: I've been contacted by Insta360 support, and their customer service and aftercare have been amazing. While I can't give a full 5 stars as I believe the issue still persists, I encourage you to try the camera for yourself—especially knowing you'll be supported by an excellent aftercare team. In the meantime, I went for the Insta360 X4, and it's amazing! If you have the budget, I highly recommend it.The Insta360 GO 3S is a cute, compact vlogging camera with some nice features, but it has its issues. The 4K video quality is impressive for such a tiny device, and it's super portable, making it easy to carry around. However, I was really disappointed with the overheating problem. After just a short period of use, it tends to get quite warm, which can be a real hassle when you're trying to capture extended footage.The user interface is decent, but I found it a bit clunky at times. The battery life is average, which is understandable given its size, but combined with the overheating, it limits how long you can shoot in one go.
