I bought the silver HM57 FITVii with metal band on March 22, 2025 and immediately loved the watch especially the sleep monitor. In late May the watch detached from the wrist band when I put my hand into a tight fitting pants pocket. A small piece of plastic had chipped off where the pin attaches the band to the watch case so the band would not remain attached. I contacted customer service (support@fitvii.com) via email and received a responce within minutes. They were very cordial and asked for my order number from amazon and a photo of the damaged area. I replied with 2 photos containing the information requested and within one day a new watch was on the way via amazon logistics. I expected that I would need to send the watch in for repair or replacement of the case but was very pleased to receive a new replacement watch with only a few days of not being able to use the watch. The support team was amazing in their clear and speedy communication. I would highly recommend doing business with this vendor.

It paired easily with their phone, and the call/message feature is a great bonus — they can answer calls while working out or on the go without reaching for their phone.What really makes this watch shine are the fitness and health tracking features. My friend loves that it tracks heart rate, blood pressure, sleep quality, and even blood oxygen levels — all in real time. It helps them understand how their body is responding to workouts and lifestyle changes. The 120+ sport modes are impressive too — whether they’re walking, cycling, or trying something new, there’s a mode for it.

Overall, a good product. It does everything as advertised. It monitors a number of bodily functions continuously and accurately. However, the icons that control all of the functions are a bit small. One thing that bothers me the most is the countdown timer which I use for a variety of activities from cooking to meditation. When the time expires, the watch gives a single short vibration. If you were not anxiously waiting for the time to expire, you can miss the vibration. A series of two or three short vibrations would be better. As for the activities it monitors, you have a wide range to choose from, and they can be activated on the watch. I like that activities can be added to the list displayed on the watch. However, it would be better if activities could also be removed so you only see the things you actually do rather than have to scroll through the lengthy list. As stated, it is a good product for its price point with many functions and options. The improvements suggested would make the watch even better.

I have really liked this watch but recently I started having trouble charging it. I tried everything I could find online and on YouTube, to no avail. I contacted the seller who responded promptly. They requested a receipt or date of purchase, and a video of what was happening when I tried to charge it. I sent that and got a response the next day. They thanked me and sent me a new watch, which I received today. Top notch service. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend them.

I contacted customer support because my husband's HM7 tracker band would not stay attached. Within two days a replacement HM7 was delivered to our door. My emails were answered immediately, and they kept in contact to make sure everything was okay. We both wear HM7 trackers and are very happy with the information and performance of the trackers. Their customer support service is outstanding and responsive immediately to your issue.

I order this watch for my husband to monitor his bp, heart, and oxygen level, he likes for that reason. But after a few days I had a problem with this watch so I emailed customer support. I am glad I did because the way they response my email is top notch they send me a new one faster than I thought I dont have to pay anything for the replacement even the shipping. Thank you so much for the replacement, husband is now happy again.

I trust it for manual measurements of bp, hr, and o2 since it agrees with my readings from physician visits. But there is vital data stored for many days where I haven't worn the watch at all. The watch even made up high-res plots of my vitals even though I wasn't wearing it. I can only assume that it is completely fabricating its measurements during these periods of time.
