The media could not be loaded. These are top notch! The retractable function works as it should. The roller ball writes extra smoothly, the ink flow is perfection. So, although there are only 18 colors in the Grabie brand glitter pens, and they cost as much as other brands offering 60+ colors, the quality of the pens by Grabie is worth the extra money for fewer colors. The glitter effect also exceeded my expectations.I tried Soucolor glitter pens earlier this week, thinking they might be equally as good, (based on all the good reviews) and they offered 60 colors and a case. I was wrong. I returned them and got these, when I should have just gotten these from the jump. I absolutely love these glitter pens so please do not hesitate to purchase these if you’re on the fence. You won’t be disappointed.There is a little ball of wax on the tip of each one, that has to be removed for the pens to allow ink flow. So just don’t forget to pinch that off before the first use of each color.5 stars all day long!

Wow! Super pigmented and glittery! They glide smoothly and dry fast, though a little bit of shimmer may transfer if touched after drying. Love them!

Color is vibrant, but I dislike that the jumbo glitter gel pens are only available in a 1.0mm size tip. The ink runs fast to the tip, sometimes creating a pinhead-sized droplet. The ink flows very smooth and freely but does tend to flood/puddle the areas you’re coloring. These work better on thicker quality paper so you don’t get as much puddles. 5 stars for color/formula, 3 stars for amount of ink that flows out of the rollerball tip.The Grabie retractable glitter pens (0.8-1.0mm tips) do not have these issues.

The colors are amazing, I do have to admit that. When the descriptions say it is 3x's more ink than others...... well, I am not sure about that. I colored a small gumball machine, it was about 4 inches x 4 inches, and it ran out of ink. Keep in mind that was the size of the WHOLE gumball machine (including globe), so it was more of a 2 x 2 size area with a little on the top. So, I was a bit disappointed. Now I have not run out of the other colors yet, but I will see how long it takes for them to run out. I am hoping that they will last longer. The ink did not smear on me either. So that was awesome as well.
