Update 16-Sep-2024: I contacted the support email for the company, basically copied my write up below and asked if there was anything additional to try and they emailed back asking for my address and said they would send a new one which they promptly did. Arrived yesterday and works great. Very pleased with the responsiveness and outcome. 5 stars.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Blanket worked pretty well for 3 months although as others have commented the heat was uneven and the temperature was often too hot on high or not hot enough on medium. After a month of not being used, tried it and the red "high" light just blinks and nothing happens. Tried the trick of holding power down while plugging into wall which did work - unit came on briefly but then reverted back to flashing red after 5 seconds. I have confirmed that it did draw 118W during those first 5 seconds but then falls to zero when the red light starts to flash. Recommend looking for a different brand.

I use a heating pad every single day because of chronic pain. I’ve gone through many heating pads, and my last one finally died on me so I had to get a new one. First of all, I just want to say that this is the softest heating pad I have ever used. It feels like I have a blanket on my back. It’s plush and doesn’t seem to have hard wires in it like most heating pads. It’s very flexible. The connection piece to it is clasped onto the pad instead of connected to a plug-in, which I actually prefer because a lot of times the plug-in will come loose. The heat lasts for a couple hours like any normal heating pad. I would say that the heat itself is a little on the lighter side. The middle option feels like the low option on my last heating pad. I haven’t tried the highest option yet, but the low option is very mild heat. You feel it at first but it quickly dims down. That would be my only real complaint about it. It’s bigger than any other heating pad I’ve owned and has a nice long cord as well. We’ll see how long it lasts before dying out, but so far I love it! Very comfortable to lay on, especially if you’re constantly laying on it.

Very nice plush blanket, however, the control gets too warm for my comfort. The control is placed on the sofa armrest, upon touching the control, I felt it was way too hot to feel safe. We still use the blanket as it is snuggly and very nice for a power nap :-)

I have now been using this warming blanket for two years ... mostly in the winter but sometimes in the summer. We live at 9500 feet and even summer evenings can get chilly. It works perfectly and allows me to keep the house temperature at a more moderate level. But be advised, the instructions say to unplug it when not in use and I recommend doing that. I have noticed on occasion that if I leave it plugged in, but with the blanket turned off, that the controller can be rather warm to the touch. It doesn't happen all of the time, which is interesting. So I simply reach over and unplug it when I'm done for the evening. But when I'm sitting and reading in the evening, this blanket is nice and toasty!

This product is not reliable. The heating feature only lasted 4 days. I bought it for 1 of my coworkers. She suffers from being cold very often. When I got it for her, she was very happy. Very sad. The happiness only lasted four days. They do not even offer the future to give a replacement. I have to return it. I will, but I will buy a different brand.

I got this blanket to use at work. I sit in a cubicle in an office setting. I really liked the product until it stopped working. When I push the power button, nothing happens. I tried a different outlet but alas, my comfy warming blanket is no more.It lasted approximately a month. Use was noncontinuous.Updated: Previously gave 2 stars, now 5 stars. I contacted the seller and they replaced my blanket. I just received it so I can't give an updated assessment on the reliability of the product but I can say that working with the seller was very easy and based on the customer service I received, I would be willing to do business with them again.

I bought this as a gift. The recipient loves the size and softness. She’s cozy and warm on frigid nights.

Práctica, se puede llevar consigo a varios lugares de casa, usar como frazada, precalentar la cama, cubrir los pies, calienta rápido según la temperatura deseada. Satisfecha con mi compra.

Se siente muy suave y para una persona esta perfecto, la pongo entre la sábana y la colcha y calienta tanto que ya no necesito usar pijama de frío para dormir.
