Mini PC crashes randomly.
This Mini PC is a lemon (At least the product that I received is). Since the day I unboxed and connected it, right after updating Windows the mini PC started crashing randomly, with the screen going black. Whether I am watching videos online, creating a zip file while working, or gaming, the mini PC will crash. Gaming is most affected, It crashes as soon as a video game starts to load.I have tried updating everything via Windows Update, I have updated and changed video adapter drivers (Intel UHD 770 to Microsoft Basic back and forth), I have even contacted Intel support, without any success of solving my issue. The only conclusion I can make is the motherboard or hardware connected to the motherboard is faulty.I can't seem to find a way to contact the seller on the amazon website, and at this point I am just about to give up on this PC seeing as I imported this into Africa. It'll be too much of a hustle (financial or otherwise) to return, if by some miracle I am able to do so.Potential buyers, be wary of this PC.
