Great invention
Have a few of these stationed at seats in my house. Good for travel. Great placeholder for posture. Not sure about “pain relief,” but I believe it prevents pain by assuring good posture, if poor posture can cause pain. Also is comfortable. I have the elastic nadachair and the non-elastic one. They’re both comfortable, and each has its place!

This crazy device couldn't be better. It's like pocket-sized perfect posture and has entirely banished the lumbar strain I used to experience from long hours of sitting. Unlike the original Nada chair (which I also like), the Back RX buckles at the waist and has a very low profile. I buckle it on in the morning and throw on my long coat and the thing becomes invisible. If I have a breakfast or lunch meeting I just slip the straps over my knees after I'm tucked into the table; no one notices and it makes sitting up straight effortless. I use it while sitting at my desk at work and whenever it's time to walk around I simply ease the straps off my shins and let them hang inconspicuously from my waist while I fetch coffee or make copies or talk to a coworker. It's not exactly a fashion statement, of course, but neither is it ugly and bulky. Several of my friends are now using the Back Rx and most are as impressed as I am. Somehow it actually feels *good* to use it!

Not adjustable
I hardly ever write reviews, but thought I could be helpful with this one. I haven't gotten to try it for very long so I'm not positive on the back relief. However, I am a little chubbie... and this is really small. I put it on my 15 year old daughter she is pretty small and it fit her.

Does NOT fit all sizes.
I was excited to receive this because I had bought one years ago at the Women's Show in Nashville TN. This is nothing like it. It doesn't fit all sizes, far from it. It is not adjustable and does not have to have these stretch knee elastic holder. I am so disappointed!! I want one like my old one. What I want anyone reading this to understand, it doesn't fit all sizes, It isn't adjustable at all. Only buy this if you are skinny or normal weight.

My back sighs and thanks me.
I spend hours at my computer and desk for my job. The lower back can scream at the end of the day. This belt takes a lot of stress off the lower back while sitting. It would be great for use on bleachers also. First tried it at the chiropractors office, to much relief.

Not comfortable
The design idea looks very promising and lightweight, but if youre tall or have long legs, the elastic leg straps fit too tight and make the sitting experience uncomfortable. So youre better off going with the traditional Nada-Chair Back-Up, which I have. I thought about getting this option, but it didnt work out.

Highly recommend.
Love love love this product. Car riding/driving has always caused issues with my back. This item helps me sit ensuring less stress on low back. Would have given a 5 star rating but the first day of use I noticed some of the stitching unraveling. Rather than return will just sew back and reinforce myself.
