I bought the chest pads. They might work, but I always find the one I've used somewhere on the floor the next morning - obviously I rip it off in the middle of the night! This has been going on for the month I've been using it. I'll keep them, and hopefully my body will get used to having it on my chest.

The patches seem effective and I like the way my skin looks when I take them off. I have been using them in combination with frownies, using these during the day and frowny's to sleep in. The combination works great, I think it's better than either one alone. My only complaint about these is that I guess because my head must be small they are too big for my head and I had to cut them to fit. At first I thought there was a problem with the stickiness, but then I realized it's because it's impossible for the patch not to come into contact with either my eyebrow hair or my Head hair around my temples. Cutting them down to size helped a lot with the stickiness and also I had learned that you need to lay them down flat without stretching them at all otherwise they will try to pull in to the center and that will cause them not to stick on the edges. For some reason the very top center Will just not stay stuck on my head, I assume for the same reason that my head is small, but I tried cutting it a little bit and it still just wouldn't stick so I taped that part to my head lol. It gets the job done. Also be sure to wash with warm soap and water after each use otherwise it won't stick the next time very well.
