I love the fact that this particular MP3 player not only comes with a microSD card that is 128 gigs, but it also comes with all of the favorite music apps and radioSo many functions it’s hard to list them allBluetooth works really well and I have no problem connecting to headphonesThe one drawback is if you’re using Radio, you need to use the headphones that they gave you so that you have antenna qualityDefinitely one of the better MP3 players I’ve come across. I love the quality. I love the screen size and the responsiveness.I haven’t had any problems with the screen freezing I’m still working on getting all the music loaded and I am happy to say that this particular MP3 player goes up to a one terabyte micro SD cardFantastic price for productI don’t have any problem, creating playlists and the art seems to transfer well still working on the lyrics

My grandson who is 9 has enjoyed it. Easy to use , good Bluetooth connection, variety of music choices especially for kids. Good value for your money .

**Update**So, the supplier did get back to me about the failed device - It was a few days after but at least they did. They offered a full refund or a new device. I chose the new device because I really do like the music player. The new one is up and running, hopefully for good. If I had no issues at all this would have been a 5 star review, the player is that good. I changed it to a 4 star for the hassles, but I appreaciate the way they offered to rectify the failed device, I give kudos for thatI recommend this device1 star for the product1 star for customer serviceFirst the product:I loved it! I was leary because it is made in China, and the last China-made MP3 player I purchased was garbage. This one works great and because it uses an Android OS, it is easy to use... very intuitive.

Avoid this product. The SD card slot will not hold the SD card, it will not lock. The battery indicates less than 2 hours playback after being fulling charged and less than a minute after unplugging the player the battery indicates it dropped to 95%. The "music" player is very simple, it has skip track and previous track, it does not remember where it leaves off, to advance there is a crude scroll. The audio/music app is locked and can not be switched for a different program. Apple music never loads. The player hardware okay but the software is so bad it is not worth the price. Look elsewhere.

We purchased this for my 10 year old grandson who loves music. He really really likes it especially since we also got him an external speaker to listen to his favorite tunes.
